Stefanie celebrated her birthday with a Rock Star party and 17 of her closest friends. They all had hair, nails, and make-up then had a dance party. I'd say a great time was had by all.
WOW we have a place called sweet and sassy that has those. It is where Kacey gets her hair done and when a party is going on I just about have a nervous breakdown from all the noise. Sound familiar????
